Shirley Moore, from The Befriending Scheme, received in January 2013 a Fairtrade Pledge Certificate from John Boardman. This community organisation promotes the use of several Fairtrade products on their premises and offices.
Meeting other FT supporters
Two members of the committee attended the East of England Ft Forum in Cambridge on 24th November. They were very impressed by a talk by a banana farmer in St Lucia.
Worldfairtrade event May 19th 2012
Fairtrade tea and coffee tasting linked with the Sudbury Rotary Club doing a session on Stroke awareness. An opportunity to raise awareness of Fairtrade products and distribute leaflets.
